We are located in a secluded spot within the heart of Loyang, which means lower rental and more affordable food! Our restaurant specialises in smoked meat and most of our dishes are hand-prepared in our store daily.
With 3,500 sqft of dining space and 200 parking lots right below us, free over lunch and dinner, we are ready to host your next big gathering. Our floor to ceiling windows also allow you to do a little plane spotting!

Smoked Beef Brisket
Our angus beef brisket is smoked with apple and hickory wood for more than 12 hours. Served with roasted potato (garlic herb), mesclun mix salad and homemade BBQ sauce.
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Sous-vided for 8 hours followed by a 4 hours wood-smoke process. The pork belly is then broiled in the final step before serving. Topped with pickled red onion and chives.
Trinity Baobun Slider
Our baobun sliders come in 3 flavours: Angus Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Crispy Pork Belly. This is our top seller which gets sold out quite often, because we prepare it only in small batches (long preparation method) in order to keep our food fresh!
Full Venue / Events Rental
We have hosted a wedding, numerous company dinners, a church event and many birthdays. We can customise the dining area based on your requirements (direct contact with our manager) and rest assure that the success of your event is our top priority.

Are you open during public holidays?
We are open during public holidays (except for New Year's Day, Chinese New Year and Christmas)!
Is there parking near your restaurant?
Yes, and it is free over mealtimes. The carpark is free daily from 11.30am to 1.30pm, and from 6 to 8pm on weekdays, 6 to 10pm on weekends and public holidays. Outside those windows it is $1.20 an hour, with a 15-minute grace period.
We are on the 9th floor, sitting on 200 sheltered lots, with lift and sheltered walkway access right to our door.
