Hello there! We are located within TOLL, Loyang Offshore Supply Base, so you need to fill in a simple pre-registration form to make your entry easier!

Simple Guide

1. Get a QR code for Entry

• Go to https://cutt.ly/0e3PC21x
  
• Select "Visitor" and key in the following fields:
  
  Visiting company: “Oak & Ember - Level 9”
  Name
  Phone number
  Employer: Key in "Guest"
  

2. Fill in Health Declaration Form.

• A text message will be sent to your phone number.
• Click on link for your Entry Pass. Answer 3 simple 'Yes/No' questions.
• Once done, you will receive a QR code to use for entry and exit.
  

3. Drive to TOLL Gantry

• Looks forbidding, but no fear, just drive through!
• Green blinking light on top tells you which lane is available for you to enter. Usually the leftmost lane.

4. Scan QR code

• No need to get out of your car!
• 1 QR code for 1 vehicle.

5. Drive to round building (above)

• Look for a roundish building with a clinic.
• Turn into carpark.
• Park anywhere you want! Ignore red lots.
• Take the lift to Level 9!
