Snowskin mooncakes travel frozen. We pack them in a cooler bag. Get them into a freezer within 3 hours of collection. Keep them frozen at home, and take them out to rest for 25 mins before serving.

Traditional baked mooncakes need no refrigeration. Store them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight in a dry location.
